Overview

In this role you will oversee the team’s systematic trading activities across international equities and macro strategies, shaping execution across global markets. You will work closely with a quantitative desk to maintain execution quality, monitor algorithmic trading, and support post-trade analytics. You’ll partner with liquidity providers to secure best execution and help scale the international deployment of internal trading algorithms. This is a front-line, impact-driven position in a high-performance environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee international equities and macro systematic trading during European hours, with US morning backup
• Execute trades in rates instruments across global OTC markets
• Build relationships with liquidity partners to achieve best execution
• Monitor portfolio construction, execution connectivity, and related processes
• Conduct post-trade execution analysis and propose improvements
• Support international deployment and monitoring of internally developed trading algorithms

Key requirements

• 2+ years in algorithmic trading with exposure to systematic macro strategies; experience in futures, fixed income, FX, and global equities is ideal
• Bachelor (or higher) in a quantitative field
• Familiarity with SQL and Python
• Familiarity with Tradeweb and Bloomberg trading platforms
• Detail-oriented with strong operational risk awareness
• Strong quantitative skills and numerical sensitivity
