Traffic Marshal

Overview

In this role you will supervise the safe movement of vehicles and plant on a busy water infrastructure site near Winchester. You will guide deliveries, keep access routes clear, and uphold rigorous safety standards as part of the on-site team. You support the site to maintain a secure, efficient working environment and assist with general duties as needed. This role offers hands-on traffic control with a focus on safety and reliable, punctual performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage safe movement of vehicles and plant on site
• Guide deliveries and on-site traffic to ensure safety
• Keep access and egress routes clear
• Maintain a safe working environment for personnel and visitors
• Follow all health and safety procedures at all times
• Assist the site team with general duties when required

Key requirements

• Valid Traffic Marshal / Banksman ticket
• CSCS Card
• EUSR Water Hygiene card (preferred but not essential)
• Previous experience on civil engineering or water infrastructure projects
• Reliable and punctual with a strong safety-focused attitude
