The Role As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be trained across the full 360-degree recruitment cycle, managing relationships with both commercial clients and job-seeking candidates. Your day-to-day focus will include: Customer & Client Engagement: Identifying, contacting, and developing relationships with businesses to understand their staffing requirements and supply workforce solutions.

Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Attracting, interviewing, and registering candidates, building talent pools, and matching the right people to the right roles. Relationship Management: Maintaining daily contact with both clients and workers, ensuring seamless communication, high retention, and prompt service delivery.

Negotiation & Placement: Managing the hiring process from initial introduction through to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and placement. What We Are Looking For Confident Communicator: Someone who thrives on conversation, enjoys speaking with a wide variety of people, and builds rapport naturally over the phone and face-to-face.

Sales Aptitude: Prior experience in B2B sales, B2C sales, telesales, retail sales, or customer-facing roles is an advantage, though hunger, resilience, and tenacity matter most. Drive & Motivation: A proactive, self-starter mentality with the discipline to work towards targets and celebrate team wins.
