What You’ll Be Doing
Sourcing and headhunting top candidates Building and managing your own client portfolio Developing strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates Negotiating offers and closing deals Managing the full recruitment cycle from business development to placement Becoming a specialist in the UK Government Finance & Property sectors
What we're looking for
No experience required – we are looking for ambition and a winning mindset Money-motivated and target-driven individuals Great communication skills Strong work-ethic What's in it for you: Base Salary: £25,000 - £26,000+ Uncapped Commission: OTE £35k+ in Year 1, £60k+ in Year 2, £100k+ in Year 3 Fast-track promotions: Progress based on performance not time served.
