We're recruiting for a Training, Compliance & Safety Officer to join a well established food production business in Hampshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a health & safety professional who enjoys a varied role, combining compliance, training delivery, auditing and continuous improvement within a fast-paced operational environment.

You'll play a key role in maintaining site standards, driving a positive safety culture and ensuring employees are trained, competent and compliant with company and industry requirements. The RoleAs Training, Compliance & Safety Officer, you will be responsible for: Conducting and reviewing risk assessments and safe systems of workSupporting health & safety compliance across the siteDelivering training, inductions and toolbox talksCarrying out audits, inspections and compliance reportingAssisting with incident investigations and corrective actionsMonitoring training records and competency assessmentsSupporting hygiene, welfare and operational standardsWorking closely with site management to drive continuous improvementWhat We're Looking ForIOSH qualification (essential)Experience delivering training within a workplace environmentStrong understanding of health & safety legislation and best practiceConfident communicator with the ability to engage employees at all levelsExperience conducting audits, inspections or compliance checksOrganised, proactive and able to manage multiple prioritiesDesirable: NEBOSH qualificationInternal auditing experienceExperience within agriculture, food production, manufacturing or a similar operational environmentWhat's On Offer?
