In this role, you lead transformation and change initiatives for large UK organisations, partnering with stakeholders from CEOs to front-line leaders. You design practical solutions to business challenges, driving behavioural change and measurable performance improvements. It’s hands-on and people-focused, emphasising coaching, team performance, and sustainable ways of working across sectors. You work on-site with clients, helping shape lasting impact and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end transformation project delivery for client outcomes
• Collaborate on-site with clients Monday to Thursday to build relationships and identify future opportunities
• Oversee team performance, provide development feedback, and drive organisational performance
• Engage client staff and teams to deliver measurable business results

Key requirements

• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills

• Proven track record in leading transformation projects and delivering behavioural change
• Experience managing client relationships and driving performance improvements
• Willingness to travel Monday–Thursday on UK client sites
