Transformation Change Manager

Overview

In this Transformation Change Manager role, you will drive enterprise change initiatives that blend people, process and technology to deliver business transformation. You will work within the Change & Experience team to shape leadership engagement, change planning, culture shifts and communications, leveraging digital tools and data science. The position sits in a global, innovation-driven practice that partners with large organisations to scale transformation. You will influence stakeholders and grow the Change consulting capability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver enterprise transformation projects underpinned by ERP and cloud platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, SuccessFactors, Salesforce)
• Lead change management elements: vision, leadership engagement, change planning, culture and behavior, communications and storytelling, measurement
• Support growth of the Change consulting practice through innovation, capability development and thought leadership
• Create market-facing Change Management viewpoints and offerings to build market eminence
• Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery for clients

Key requirements

• Proven track record in managing enterprise transformational change programmes with SAP S/4, Oracle, Workday, SuccessFactors or Salesforce
• Lead change management planning, assess impacts, design intervention plans
• Transformation vision creation, leadership alignment and storytelling
• Communication strategy and material development with digital/AI tooling
• Learning needs analysis, learning strategy and content development
• End-to-end technology implementation lifecycle understanding from design to hypercare
• Passion for innovation and technology trends, data-driven decision making
• Strong consulting acumen with effective communication, facilitation and data analysis
