Robert Half Finance and Accounting are partnering with a leading Data and Analytics Saas business, who are looking to recruit an interim Treasury Assistant for 3-6 months. THIS ROLE IS FULLY REMOTERole: Our client is looking to recruit an interim Treasury Assistant to join their finance team on a fully remote basis. In this role you will be responsible for the following

duties

Check and update daily bank balancesAssist in processing payments, internal transfers and payment checksPrepare simple cash reports for the treasury teamUpload files and data into treasury and finance systemsHelp track upcoming payments, receipts and deadlinesMaintain organised electronic and paper treasury filesWork closely with Accounts Payable/Receivable and Payroll teams on simple queriesProvide administrative support to the finance team as requiredAssist in preparing routine treasury reportsHelp with month-end tasks such as collecting bank statements and checking transactionsFollow internal controls and procedures to ensure accuracyProfile: The successful interim Treasury Assistant will have at least 2 year's experience in Treasury, including multi-currency experience.

Working knowledge of NetSuite ERP and Cobase (the treasury system) are a bonus. As the role is fully remote, you will need an excellent attitude and be proactive and self-motivated. Salary &
