The organisation has made significant investment in technology, pricing, data and analytics, alongside continued development of its people and culture.

The Finance function is undergoing a similar transformation, with investment in technology, systems and leadership to create a modern, commercially focused finance capability. This is an exciting opportunity to join a business undergoing significant change and play a key role in shaping its treasury function.

The roleReporting to the Head of Treasury, the Treasury Manager will take ownership of cash and liquidity management, covering both daily cash positioning and forward-looking liquidity planning. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate forecasting, efficient funding and strong engagement with stakeholders across the business.

This is a high-impact role in a fast-paced and evolving environment, with the opportunity to contribute to treasury strategy, system implementation, process design and transformation. Key responsibilities- Own Group liquidity and funding, including daily cash positioning, forecasting and funding assumptions to support business decision-making.- Lead FX exposure management and hedging activity, with involvement in interest rate derivatives where required.- Act as a key contact for funding, including facility utilisation and intercompany funding arrangements.- Identify and deliver improvements in liquidity efficiency, reducing idle cash and enhancing returns within the organisation's risk appetite.- Lead the design and delivery of Front Office treasury systems, including liquidity, forecasting and FX workflows, testing and go-live readiness.- Deliver treasury transformation and automation initiatives, improving cash forecasting, analytics and processes through data and AI while maintaining strong controls and auditability.

About youWe're looking for an experienced treasury professional who combines strong technical knowledge with a proactive, commercially minded approach. You'll ideally bring:- A professional treasury qualification such as ACT/AMCT, or be working towards one.- Strong corporate treasury and cash management experience.- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management, ideally including CASS 5.- Experience working with Treasury Management Systems and wider financial systems, ERP or data environments.- Strong financial modelling capability and advanced Excel skills.- A proactive, adaptable and self-starting approach, with the ability to thrive in an evolving environment.
