Jones10@hays.comYour new companyA global consultancy is looking for an experience-led UI Designer to create digital interfaces for immersive experiences, live events, exhibitions, installations and experiential campaigns.

Your new roleAs a UI Designer, you'll be responsible for designing intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces across a range of digital experiences. You'll be responsible for: Designing user interfaces for digital products, websites and interactive experiences.

Creating intuitive experiences across touchscreens, interactive displays and web-based platforms. Translating user needs and business objectives into engaging digital experiences. Producing high-quality interface designs including layouts, typography, component libraries and design systems.

Supporting discovery workshops, user journey mapping and design thinking activities. Collaborating with developers and wider project teams to bring concepts to life. Contributing throughout the design lifecycle from concept and prototyping through to delivery.

Keeping up to date with emerging design tools, technologies and AI-enabled workflows. What You'll Need To SucceedYou'll ideally have: Previous experience within a creative agency, design studio, digital agency or in-house product team.

Strong UI design expertise with excellent visual design skills and attention to detail. Proven experience using Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud. A good understanding of UX principles, user journeys and user-centred design.

Experience designing websites, digital products, applications or interactive experiences. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience taking projects from concept through to delivery. A portfolio demonstrating high-quality digital and interactive design work.
