The Role
Assessing the merits of various Clinical Negligence & Personal injury matters to determine if the firm will insure the claimCreate and maintain fantastic relationships with clients across the UK and develop new business where opportunities ariseWork closely with the Law firm clients to manage cases already insuredMentoring junior team members whilst working on casesPrior Experience:3+ years England and Wales Qualified Lawyer or 3+ years Insurance UnderwriterExperience working on Personal Injury & Clinical Negligence mattersWe are happy to provide application and/or accessibility support, please contact your Marks Sattin or Grafton consultant directly to discuss your needs.
