The Role As a UX / Product Design Lead you'll take ownership of design quality and craft across your product area, setting the standard for what great design looks like at Citi. Building on all the skills of a Senior UX Designer, you'll take on broader responsibility for the quality of the end-to-end experience, guiding and developing other designers, and contributing to the definition and evolution of reusable patterns and standards that raise the bar across the team.
