Job Description Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMStart: ImmediateAssignment: Temporary, Ongoing, Full TimeTravel: Bridgwater and Cornwall when required – mileage paid at £0.22 per mileThe Role We are looking for an experienced Van Driver Recruiter to join our client's busy Franchise Department.
This is a high-volume role managing the full recruitment process for HGV drivers, from sourcing and interviewing through to compliance, contracting and onboarding. You will manage multiple vacancies, candidates and driver accounts simultaneously, so excellent organisation, communication and prioritisation skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities Source and attract driver candidatesScreen and interview candidatesComplete Right to Work, licence and compliance checksPrepare contracts and manage onboardingManage multiple vacancies and accounts at the same time (at leat 50 at a time)Maintain accurate recruitment recordsKeep candidates engaged throughout the processWork to recruitment targets and deadlinesLiaise with candidates and the client's Franchise DepartmentTravel to Bridgwater and Cornwall when requiredAbout You Previous 360 recruitment experience is essentialDriver recruitment experience is highly desirableComfortable working in a high-volume environmentConfident sourcing, interviewing and managing candidatesStrong organisation and communication skillsAble to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyFull UK driving licenceWhat We Offer £17.00 per hourImmediate startOngoing temporary positionTemp-to-perm opportunityFree on-site parkingOn-site canteenPension schemeProfessional and supportive working environmentOpportunity to work within a busy and established Franchise DepartmentApply today if you have the recruitment experience and drive to manage a busy, high-volume driver recruitment desk.
