Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed manual and computerised repair estimates aligned with client and insurance requirements
• Order vehicle parts accurately and oversee timely delivery, validating suitability and authenticity
• Maintain clear records of all estimates and identify work requiring authorisation
• Liaise with repair personnel to ensure work matches the estimate and coordinate on total loss vehicles where applicable
• Adhere to health and safety procedures and organisational policies
• Assist with additional tasks as required by senior management

Key requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Vehicle Damage Assessing or similar roles
• IMI Accreditation preferred; candidates with lapsed qualifications may complete a skills assessment
• Ideally Audatex qualification
• Ability to work independently and guide non-qualified technicians
