We are recruiting for a Vehicle Technician to join a successful main dealership in Stafford. This is a great opportunity for a technician from either a main dealer or independent background who wants strong earning potential, manufacturer training and genuine long-term progression.

your responsibilities will include

Carrying out vehicle servicing and routine maintenanceCompleting mechanical and electrical repairs to manufacturer standardsDiagnosing faults using modern diagnostic equipmentCompleting repairs efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanshipCarrying out electronic vehicle health checks and identifying additional workAccurately recording work completed and updating relevant job documentationWorking closely with Service Advisors and the wider workshop teamEnsuring all work is completed safely and in accordance with workshop proceduresVehicle Technician Requirements NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalentPrevious experience working as a Vehicle Technician / MechanicMain dealership or independent garage experience consideredMOT Tester licence advantageous but not essentialStrong servicing, maintenance and repair skillsGood diagnostic and fault-finding abilityAbility to work efficiently within a busy workshopStrong attention to detail and pride in your workmanshipFull UK driving licenceThis Vehicle Technician opportunity offers an excellent combination of a strong basic salary, uncapped bonus, paid overtime and a consistently busy workshop.
