Tutor Catering - September start Location: Derby City Start Date: September 2026 (or earlier) Contract: Long-term, Part-time Wednesdays and Thursdays A welcoming Post-16 provision in Derby City is recruiting for a Catering/Hospitality tutor to deliver engaging, practical qualifications to small groups of learners.

This long-term roles offer stability, supportive leadership, and the opportunity to make a genuine impact on young peoples futures. Catering Tutor You will deliver practical catering qualifications including: Food preparation and cooking Kitchen safety and hygiene Menu planning and hospitality basics Confidence-building through real-life kitchen tasks Ideal background: Professional catering or hospitality experience.

Previous teaching or training experience is desirable. What Were Looking For Experience working with Post-16 learners or young people with additional needs Ability to plan and deliver engaging, practical sessions A calm, supportive and encouraging approach Relevant industry experience
