Job Introduction Due to continuing growth, we are recruiting for a Vehicle Technician to join Listers Volkswagen based at Masons Road in Stratford-upon-Avon. The hours of work are 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. We offer industry leading basic salaries & bonus and are reflective of each applicant's experience and skillset.

Basic Salary up to £45,000 with OTE up to £48,000 plus benefits. As a Technician at Listers, you will be at the forefront of utilising our state of the art systems to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with all vehicles.

Your expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance of our customers vehicles, providing outstanding customer support, and collaborating with different departments across the business to achieve goals.

Role and Responsibilities Our technicians are responsible for the servicing, repair and diagnostics of all vehicles in the workshop, ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standard first time. The main responsibilities would include electrical and mechanical repairs, including suspension, steering, brakes, wheel bearings, driveshafts, exhausts and air conditioning servicing.

Additional responsibilities may include repairs and maintenance on EV and Hybrid vehicles such as the use of electronic diagnostic equipment, focusing on areas such as batteries, drive motor, auxiliary drive pack & control systems.
