You will join a dynamic team and play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of the office, handling administrative tasks, managing schedules, and assisting with daily operations.
Shift patterns: * Monday to Friday Rotating 06:00-14:00/14:00-22:00 Pay rates: 14.13 GBP hourly Overtime is paid at 1.5x rate after 37.5 hours worked Overtime paid at 2x rate applies only at client's discretion for working a 7th day in a week, if applicable Essential requirements for Warehouse Admin: Basic computer work experience Warehouse Stock control experience Goods in/Out experience Desirable requirements for Warehouse Admin: Previous experience in an administrative or office support role Organising and maintaining files and records Supporting day-to-day office operations Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence Answering and directing phone calls professionally Coordinating meetings and events Good communication and organisational skills Role for Warehouse Admin: Manage office schedules and calendars Maintain and organize physical and digital files Assist with daily office operations and administrative tasks Coordinate meetings and handle correspondence Support warehouse stock control and goods in/out processes Benefits for Warehouse Admin: Opportunity to work with a leading logistics provider Professional development in an administrative capacity Structured rotating shift pattern Competitive overtime rates Location: Worksop.
