Warehouse Operations Manager - Late Shift Kent | c. £55,000 + 10% bonus | 5 days out of 7 I'm working with a rapidly scaling fulfilment business, who are looking for a Warehouse Operations Manager to take ownership of their outbound and warehouse operations in Paddock Wood.
This is a key leadership position within the fulfilment function, with responsibility for goods-out, B2B & D2C operations, replenishment and stock movement, alongside leading and developing a high-performing warehouse team.
What will you be doing? Lead and manage all outbound warehouse operations, ensuring deliveries and stock are processed accurately and within SLA Lead, coach and develop a team of warehouse operatives, forklift drivers and goods-in colleagues Drive a culture of high performance, accountability, safety and continuous improvement Maintain high standards across quality control, stock accuracy and replenishment Monitor operational KPIs and identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency and service levels Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth operational flow and excellent customer outcomes What are we looking for?
Proven experience managing teams within a fast-paced warehouse, fulfilment or logistics environment Strong leadership and people-management skills Experience managing performance and absence Excellent organisational and communication skills A strong focus on accuracy, quality and safety Experience with a WMS is desirable Interested?
