Warehouse Operative - Rotation Shift or Fixed Late Shift - Swan Valley, Northampton People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our well-established client based in Swan Valley, Northampton on a full-time, temp-to-perm basis.

This role would suit applicants who have worked as a Production Operative, Yard Operative, Manufacturing Operative, Assembly Operative, or General Operative .

Please note, this role involves regular manual handling, including lifting and carrying items weighing up to 30kg. Rates of Pay: £14.00 per hour £21.00 per hour overtime Shift Pattern: Rotating Shift Option: Monday to Friday 06:00 - 14:00 (AM Shift) for two weeks 14:00 - 22:00 (PM Shift) for two weeks £14.00 per hour Fixed Shift Option: Monday to Friday 15:00 - 23:00 £14.73 per hour

Duties

Your duties as a Warehouse Operative are: Supporting manufacturing processes within a busy production environment Moving materials throughout the site Loading and unloading goods Supplying production lines with materials Using hand tools and cutting equipment when required Carrying out basic assembly and preparation duties Completing stock checks and production documentation Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment Working closely with warehouse and manufacturing teams Lifting and carrying items weighing up to 30kg Essential
