Quest Employment are urgently recruiting experienced Warehouse Operatives for a busy warehouse and distribution operation based in Brackmills, Northampton. We are looking for candidates who can start as soon as possible and have previous warehouse picking experience, alongside experience operating a PPT (Powered Pallet Truck), LLOP (Low Level Order Picker) or similar warehouse equipment.

IMPORTANT: Previous warehouse picking and PPT/LLOP experience are essential. Candidates must be available to start at short notice. Key Responsibilities Picking customer orders accurately and efficiently Operating PPT or LLOP equipment safely Using handheld scanners to pick and process orders Moving and replenishing stock throughout the warehouse Preparing orders for dispatch Loading and unloading goods when required Working towards daily picking and productivity targets Supporting general warehouse operations Maintaining a safe and organised working environment Requirements Previous warehouse picking experience – essential PPT, LLOP or similar MHE operating experience – essential Available to start ASAP Confident working towards picking targets Comfortable with manual handling and general warehouse duties Reliable with excellent attendance and timekeeping Able to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment Able to commit to Monday to Friday shifts Shifts & Pay AM Shift Monday to Friday 6:00am – 2:00pm £14.86 per hour PM Shift Monday to Friday 2:00pm – 10:00pm £15.86 per hour What's in it for you?
