Here at GXO, we are looking for a Warehouse Shift Manager to join our team on our Coca-Cola contract based in Lisburn, BT28 . Youll be pivotal to the efficient running of the business and will be focused on delivering consistent performance to agreed operational KPIs.
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will have full accountability for the day-to-day management of a team of Supervisors and Warehouse Operatives and for delivering a culture that positively supports employee engagement.
This is a full time, permanent role working 07:00 to 19:00 and 19:00 to 07:00 a unique shift pattern of a 8-week rotation - involving 6 weeks of 3 shifts per week and 2 weeks of 4 shifts. It does involve days, nights and weekends.
