Looking for a role with purpose and impact? We're hiring Warehouse Sortation Operatives to help sort and organise donated stock for charity shops. Every item you process helps raise funds for a great cause!
What You'll Do:
- Pick and pack items from a paper pick list (mugs, cards, socks, chocolates, and more)
- Organise donated stock into categories ready for charity shops
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail
What We're Looking For:
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Physically fit and happy to be on your feet all day
- Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-conscious
- Safety boots required and good English communication skills
- Driving essential due to location (not near public transport)

Location: Barkston, Grantham (NG32)
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Monday – Friday (Day shifts): 08:00AM – 16:30PM
Contract: Temporary and Long-Term Roles
