Warehouse Supervisor

Warehouse Supervisor Foston £13.00 per hour | Monday to Friday | Immediate Start Available We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Supervisor to join a new warehouse operation based in Foston, Derbyshire. This is an exciting opportunity to join a business at the beginning of its growth journey.

As this is a new warehouse setup, you will have the chance to help establish processes, support operational development, and make a real impact on the success of the site. We are looking for a hands-on, proactive individual with previous warehouse supervisory experience who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting as the operation continues to grow.

Shift Pattern Monday to Friday 12:00pm - 9:00pm Pay Rate £13.00 per hour Key Responsibilities Supervising and supporting warehouse operatives throughout the shift Allocating workloads and ensuring daily targets are met Assisting in developing and implementing warehouse processes and procedures Monitoring productivity and maintaining high operational standards Supporting goods-in, goods-out, and stock control activities Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed Conducting team briefings and providing ongoing support and training Working closely with management to support the continuous development of the warehouse operation Leading by example and providing hands-on support where requiredRequirements Previous experience in a Warehouse Supervisor or Team Leader role Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to organise workloads and motivate a team Experience working within a warehouse environment Flexible and proactive approach Good problem-solving skills Reliable and professional attitudeWhat's on Offer?
