Warehouse Team Leader Location: Horsham, West Sussex Salary: £35,000 £40,000 DOE + Opportunity for Bonus Job Type: Permanent | Full-Time | Monday to Friday Are you an experienced Warehouse Team Leader , Warehouse Supervisor or Senior Warehouse Operative looking for your next opportunity?
We are recruiting for a hands-on Warehouse Team Leader to oversee the day-to-day running of a busy engineering warehouse. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business offering long-term stability and career progression.
Key Responsibilities Lead and support the warehouse team. Oversee goods in, picking, packing and dispatch. Carry out stock checks and maintain inventory accuracy. Ensure Health & Safety and housekeeping standards are met.
Operate FLTs and overhead cranes where trained. Work closely with internal teams to meet customer requirements. About You Previous warehouse leadership experience. Background in engineering, manufacturing, steel stockholding or industrial warehousing.
Strong organisational and communication skills. FLT and overhead crane experience would be advantageous. What's on Offer £35,000 £40,000 DOE. Monday to Friday working hours. Potential for Bonus Scheme. Company pension. Training and career development.
