Job Description Water Hygiene Technical EstimatorLocation: Croydon, LondonSalary: Up to £42,000 DOE plus pension and 22 days holiday excluding statutory daysThe OpportunityWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Water Hygiene Technical Estimator to join an established and growing business within the water hygiene and legionella sector.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong water hygiene and legionella knowledge who also has experience producing accurate quotations and estimates for technical works. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, engineers and the wider commercial team to understand project requirements, assess remedial works and produce competitive, technically accurate quotations.

The RoleReviewing legionella risk assessments, water hygiene reports and survey informationIdentifying remedial and compliance requirementsPreparing detailed and accurate quotations for water hygiene worksEstimating labour, materials, equipment and associated costsPricing remedial works, tank cleans, disinfection and water hygiene projectsReviewing engineers' reports and identifying additional works requiredLiaising with engineers and operational teams to understand technical requirementsSpeaking with clients to clarify project scope and requirementsPreparing professional quotations and tender submissionsFollowing up quotations and assisting with converting opportunities into ordersSupporting the commercial team with pricing and cost analysisEnsuring estimates are commercially viable while remaining competitiveMaintaining accurate records of quotations and opportunitiesAssisting with tender responses and larger project proposals where requiredYou may currently be working as a: Water Hygiene Engineer/Senior Water Hygiene EngineerWater Hygiene Supervisor/Water Hygiene Project ManagerLegionella Risk AssessorTechnical Coordinator/ Water Hygiene EstimatorYou will ideally have experience with: Legionella control and water hygieneWater hygiene remedialsCold water storage tanks and tank cleansTMVsWater system disinfectionPlumbing and remedial worksReviewing technical reportsUnderstanding labour and material requirementsInterested?
