Our client is a well-established global manufacturer supplying high-value engineered systems to customers across Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia. Their Bury site plays a key role in designing and manufacturing specialist equipment used within major process industries worldwide.

Working within a skilled fabrication team, you will manufacture precision components and equipment using a range of sheet metal fabrication techniques. The work is varied, combining bespoke projects with repeat production builds, ensuring no two days are quite the same.
Your responsibilities will include
TIG and MIG welding of precision componentsSheet metal fabrication, folding, cutting and assemblyWorking from detailed engineering drawings and specificationsProducing high-quality equipment to exact standardsCollaborating with production and engineering teams to improve processesSupporting servicing and maintenance activities when requiredEnsuring all work meets quality and safety requirementsWe're keen to hear from experienced Welders, Fabricators or Sheet Metal Workers who take pride in producing quality work.
You will ideally have: Time-served experience in welding and fabricationLevel 3 NVQ qualification (or equivalent) in a relevant disciplineStrong TIG and MIG welding skillsExperience working with stainless steel and sheet metal fabricationPress brake and metal forming experienceThe ability to read and interpret engineering drawingsA keen eye for detail and commitment to quality standardsWhat's in it for You?
