Key Responsibilities

Supervise Welding Operations: Oversee daily welding activities, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. Technical Expertise: Utilise strong MIG welding skills and experience in spot welding within a production environment.

Robot Welding: Operate and maintain robot welders, ensuring optimal performance. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of welders, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections to ensure welding work meets the required specifications and standards.

Skills, Experience, and Education: Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively lead and coordinate with the team. Knowledge/Expertise: Proficient in MIG welding, spot welding, and the use of robot welders in a production setting.

Innovation: Ability to implement new techniques and technologies to improve welding processes. Business Impact: Strong understanding of production workflows and the ability to enhance efficiency and quality.
