Job Description: Wellbeing Analyst Location: Hybrid - Manchester or Leeds (1 day a week in the office) Salary: Up to 43400 Contract type: Permanent full time 37.5 hour per week The Role Were looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Wellbeing Benefits Analyst to join our this role youll play a key part in delivering a seamless engaging and data-driven benefits experience for employees.
Working closely with Wellbeing Benefits Consultants youll optimise the VivaBenefits (Benifex) platform ensuring colleagues can easily access and engage with their benefits while maintaining compliance accuracy and fairness.
This is an exciting opportunity to combine analytics employee experience and benefits expertise to shape the future of wellbeing services across the organisation. What Youll Be Doing Manage and enhance the VivaBenefits platform (Benifex) ensuring accurate benefits eligibility rules and user experience Administer Reward Recognition and Wallet modules ensuring fairness accuracy and regulatory compliance Support administration of core benefits (e.g. health renewals flexible holidays wellbeing programmes) Analyse benefit data to generate insights identify trends and improve engagement Resolve employee queries via multiple channels (ServiceNow email phone) within SLAs Monitor user feedback and recommend improvements to enhance colleague experience Maintain data integrity and ensure accurate reporting Support key wellbeing and benefits projects across the business What Were Looking For Experience in employee benefits administration Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capability and Knowledge of PowerBI Knowledge of HR systems / Benefits platforms (e.g.
VivaBenefits ServiceNow Workvivo Benifex or similar) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems effectively Good financial acumen as you will be involved in raising POs and collaborating with finance teams to process accurate cross charges against budgets.
