The role ensures that all client orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped in line with each account’s specific requirements and delivery standards. The position also plays a key role in inventory management and end-to-end shipping operations across the business, supporting both wholesale and retail functions.
This includes oversight of picking and packing processes for retail operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and service excellence. As Erdem continues its growth journey as a high-potential, expanding business, this role is a critical operational link in strengthening and scaling best-in-class logistics processes.
It is instrumental in driving operational excellence, improving efficiency, and ensuring a consistently high standard of service across all supply chain activities. Responsibilities
