Wills & Probate Solicitor (Private Client) A growing Belfast law practice is seeking an experienced Wills & Probate Solicitor to lead and develop its Private Client offering. This is an urgent hire and a rare opportunity for the right individual to take ownership of what has the potential to become a major department within the firm.
The Opportunity You will handle a broad and varied caseload across all aspects of private client work while playing a key role in shaping and expanding the department. With strong leadership support already in place, this role offers genuine autonomy without the pressure of business development responsibility falling solely on your shoulders.
The firm intends to recruit dedicated support staff in the short to medium term once the successful candidate is established, ensuring you have the resources needed to grow the function effectively. The Role You will manage a diverse private client caseload, including: Drafting wills and providing estate planning adviceAdministration of estates (testate and intestate)Enduring Powers of Attorney and controllership applicationsAdvising clients on inheritance and succession mattersMaintaining exceptional client care throughout sensitive matters.
