Workday Finance Systems Support Analyst

Overview

In this role you will provide operational support for Workday Financials and Travel & Expenses across Europe, ensuring a globally consistent design with local adaptations. You will partner with project teams and external partners to maintain design integrity, test and sign off changes, and support user training and release iterations. You will engage senior stakeholders, uphold audit trails, and contribute to a large-scale finance systems programme from our London-based on-site presence.

Responsibilities

• Provide third-line support for Workday Financials and Travel & Expenses
• Challenge designs to ensure a global standard with country localisations
• Coordinate with project team to protect design decisions; escalate to design authority when needed
• Collaborate with third-party support partners and handle sensitive information
• Ensure changes and fixes are tested and signed off with audit trail
• Support new user training in deployed countries
• Support semi-annual Workday release reviews and testing against current build
• Work with HCM colleagues who manage application security

Key requirements

• Proficiency in Workday Financials as a user or consultant
• Knowledge of Record to Report, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable
• Experience with large global programmes involving significant business change
• Ability to build and sustain confidence of senior stakeholders
• Understanding of legal and regulatory developments relevant to the Company/Group
