Senior Workday HCM Consultant (Contract) Location: UK (Remote) Contract: Inside IR35 Start Date: September 2026 Clearance: SC or Eligable Overview We are supporting a major UK organisation that has recently secured a significant transformation programme and is looking to engage an experienced Senior Workday HCM Consultant on an initial contract basis.
This is a fully remote opportunity, working as part of a high-performing Workday delivery team on a large-scale public sector programme. Key Responsibilities Support the delivery of a large-scale Workday HCM transformation programme.
Configure and optimise Workday HCM solutions to meet business requirements. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions. Participate in solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Collaborate with technical teams to deliver reporting, analytics, and integration capabilities where required. Provide Workday best practice guidance throughout the project lifecycle. Required Experience Proven experience delivering Workday HCM implementations or transformation programmes.
Strong experience with Workday HCM. Experience with Workday Prism Analytics and/or Workday Extend. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience working within large, complex programme environments. Ability to work effectively in a fully remote delivery team.
Candidates must hold active SC Clearance or be eligible to obtain SC Clearance. Contract Details Remote (UK-based). Inside IR35. Project starts in September 2026. Candidates must hold active SC Clearance or be eligible for SC Clearance.
