You might already have experience in vehicle or plant engineering, or be looking to transfer your skills into a more specialised field. You’ll likely bring experience or interest in: Working with mechanical assemblies or vehicle builds (HGV, plant, or similar backgrounds are highly valued) Using a wide range of hand and power tools confidently Reading and interpreting engineering drawings or schematics Carrying out basic fabrication tasks Understanding and working within health
