Key Responsibilities
Supervise workshop fitters and technicians Plan and manage servicing, maintenance, and repairs of heavy plant Ensure all work meets health, safety, and compliance standards Diagnose faults and provide hands-on technical support Manage job scheduling, records, and parts availability
Requirements
Proven experience in a heavy plant or plant maintenance supervisory role Strong mechanical knowledge (hydraulics, diesel engines, xdjnayx electrics) Leadership and team management skills Safety-focused with strong organisational ability
Desirable
Mechanical or plant engineering qualification Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
