An ambitious Independent School in Lambeth is looking for an engaging and curriculum-driven Year 4 Teacher to join KS2 on a Full-Time basis from January 2026. The successful Year 4 Teacher will be invited to planning sessions prior to January 2026, will attend an induction programme in January 2026, and will begin full duties from January 2026 as the Year 4 Teacher. Year 4 Teacher Responsibilities The Year 4 Teacher will: plan and deliver coherent maths and English sequences as the Year 4 Teacher; lead foundation subject enquiries and trips as the Year 4 Teacher; run small-group interventions and monitor progress as the Year 4 Teacher. The Year 4 Teacher will prepare resources before January 2026, lead parents’ information sessions after January 2026, and contribute to whole-school review cycles from January 2026. Year 4 Teacher Requirements We are seeking a Year 4 Teacher with QTS (or equivalent), strong KS2 classroom practice and high expectations. The Year 4 Teacher should be reflective, collaborative and ready for pre-term planning before January 2026, induction in January 2026, and to teach from January 2026 as a Full-Time Year 4 Teacher.
