The United Services Automobile Association (USAA) is a reciprocal insurer under Texas law, headquartered in San Antonio. We offer auto and private liability insurance to our members stationed in Europe. Claims covered by these policies, originating from anywhere in Europe, are processed at our German branch, USAA EU DAC German Branch, in Frankfurt.
As a Claims Adjuster III (m/f/d) within the Automobile Department of the USAA EU DAC German Claims Branch, you will actively process claims related to motor vehicle damage. Your duties will include recording the claim report, damage assessments, and providing immediate answers regarding the claims process.
You will support your team's efficiency in claims settlement through your experience and expertise. A significant portion of the correspondence will be conducted in English with our members. This role offers a distinct opportunity to deepen your insurance knowledge and practically apply your proficient English skills.
