Iron Mountain is seeking a vision-driven Critical Facilities Technician to join our Iron Mountain Data Centers (IMDC) team. In this role, you'll play a key part in maintaining the mission-critical systems that keep our clients' vital digital infrastructure running seamlessly 24/7.

you will
Maintain Critical Infrastructure: Operate, inspect, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on UPS systems, power distribution units, generators, HVAC/cooling systems, fire suppression, and building management systems.
Manage Operations and Customer Requests: Resolve service tickets, perform technical troubleshooting on electrical and mechanical systems, and support customer equipment installations. Ensure Safety and Compliance: Execute all operations and maintenance activities in strict adherence to safety guidelines, organisational standards, and vendor workflow procedures (MOPs).
What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications) The ideal candidate will have: Extensive experience of hands-on experience in critical facilities, data center environments, or industrial operations maintaining UPS, HVAC, and generator systems.
Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and building management systems. Proven ability in diagnosing and resolving complex electrical and mechanical issues while working independently under established procedures. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or completion of a technical apprenticeship program.
