About the Company

A leading renewable energy developer is looking for experienced Grid Connection Managers to support the growth of its utility-scale onshore wind, solar, and BESS portfolio across Germany, the Netherlands, and the Nordic region.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business delivering some of Europe's most exciting renewable energy projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead grid connection activities from early-stage development through to permitting
• Manage relationships with DSOs, TSOs, and key grid stakeholders
• Oversee grid applications, capacity requests, and technical submissions
• Collaborate with project development and engineering teams to deliver projects successfully
• Provide technical expertise to optimise project design and grid integration

Qualifications

• Experience managing grid connections for utility-scale renewable energy projects in Germany, the Netherlands, or the Nordics

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of electricity networks, grid connection processes, and regulatory frameworks
• Experience working with DSOs, TSOs, and technical consultants
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
