About the Company A leading renewable energy developer is looking for experienced Grid Connection Managers to support the growth of its utility-scale onshore wind, solar, and BESS portfolio across Germany, the Netherlands, and the Nordic region.
About the Role This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business delivering some of Europe's most exciting renewable energy projects. Responsibilities Lead grid connection activities from early-stage development through to permitting Manage relationships with DSOs, TSOs, and key grid stakeholders Oversee grid applications, capacity requests, and technical submissions Collaborate with project development and engineering teams to deliver projects successfully Provide technical expertise to optimise project design and grid integration Qualifications Experience managing grid connections for utility-scale renewable energy projects in Germany, the Netherlands, or the Nordics Required Skills Strong understanding of electricity networks, grid connection processes, and regulatory frameworks Experience working with DSOs, TSOs, and technical consultants Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Equal Opportunity Statement We are committed to diversity and inclusivity.
