We are looking for an experienced legal and operational leader to oversee Greenfields' legal governance and client administration function. In this role, you will oversee the entire client lifecycle, from onboarding and KYC through ongoing client monitoring to offboarding.

Key Responsibilities As Head of Legal Client Lifecycle Management, you will help build scalable, legally robust, and operationally efficient processes across the organisation: Lead Greenfields' legal, governance, and client lifecycle management functions Manage internal policies, contract management, and legal risk reviews Drive legal process optimisation and the digitalisation of internal and external workflows Design and oversee best-in-class client onboarding, KYC, and lifecycle management processes Act as Client Director and Senior Relationship Manager for selected key clients Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to support business growth and exceptional client delivery Your Profile Law degree (German or international) or a comparable legal qualification Several years of experience in legal, compliance, corporate governance, or client lifecycle management roles, ideally within financial services, law firms, or other regulated environments Strong understanding of AML, KYC, corporate governance, and regulatory requirements Proven ability to design and implement scalable processes, governance frameworks, and operational controls Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with fluent German and English language proficiency Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership, leadership, and problem-solving capabilities We Offer Attractive compensation package with performance-based bonuses Significant influence on the strategic development of a rapidly growing organisation Exposure to complex international client structures and high-profile projects A collaborative and entrepreneurial environment with flat hierarchies The opportunity to become part of Greenfields' Client Director leadership pool A workplace culture based on trust, respect, and professional excellence Let's Grow Together At Greenfields, we empower our clients to grow their businesses and navigate increasingly complex regulatory environments.
