Job DescriptionHead of Legal | Energy Law\ NBavaria | Hybrid\ N Our client,a growing renewable energy business, is seeking an experienced Director Legal l to join its small, high-impact legal team. Reporting directly to senior management and offering a small team lead, this role offers broad responsibility across energy law, project development and regulatory matters, with a clear path towards a future Head of Legal position.\ N The Role\ N You will:\ N Advise on a wide range of energy law matters, particularly relating to renewable energy projects\ N Support the developmentand operation of solar, wind and energy storage projects\ N Draft, review and negotiate commercial, project and energy-related contracts\ N Advise on regulatory and compliance matters, including interactions with relevant authorities\ N Manage disputes and coordinate internal and external legal counsel where required\ N Partner closely with business stakeholders across project development, commercial and management teams\ N
About You\ N
Fully qualified lawyer (Volljurist)\ N Several years' experience in energy law gained in-house or within private practice\ N Strong understanding ofthe German energy market and relevant regulatory frameworks\ N Experience supporting renewable energy, infrastructure or utility-related projects\ N Commercially minded with a pragmatic and solutions-focused approach\ N Strong communication and stakeholder management skills\ N Fluent in German and English\ N
