Reporting directly to senior management and offering a small team lead, this role offers broad responsibility across energy law, project development and regulatory matters, with a clear path towards a future Head of Legal position. You will
Advise on a wide range of energy law matters, particularly relating to renewable energy projects Support the development and operation of solar, wind and energy storage projects Draft, review and negotiate commercial, project and energy-related contracts Advise on regulatory and compliance matters, including interactions with relevant authorities Manage disputes and coordinate internal and external legal counsel where required Partner closely with business stakeholders across project development, commercial and management teams About You Fully qualified lawyer (Volljurist) Several years' experience in energy law gained in-house or within private practice Strong understanding of the German energy market and relevant regulatory frameworks Experience supporting renewable energy, infrastructure or utility-related projects Commercially minded with a pragmatic and solutions-focused approach Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Fluent in German and English Why Consider This Opportunity?
