Job DescriptionLegal Counsel - Commercial Law | Frankfurt\ NOur client is an internationally operating group active across multiple industrial and technology-driven sectors, with a central legal function supporting operating companies group-wide rather than a single business unit.

The role is positioned as a strategic adviser to these operating companies on general commercial law, with early involvement in business decisions and close coordination with other central functions on regulatory and risk topics.\ NThe role:\ N Act as go-to adviser to operating companies on all matters of general commercial law.\ N Review, draft and negotiate national and international contracts with business partners.\ N Get involved in business decisions at an early stage, identifying opportunities and risks before they arise.\ N Instruct and coordinateexternal lawyers on disputes or unusual contract types.\ N Track regulatory developments and work with colleagues across other central functions to manage risk group-wide.\ N Use AI tools and legal tech to improve day-to-day efficiency.\ N

What you'll need

\ N Both German statelaw examinations passed.\ N Solid experience in general commercial law, gained at a law firm or in an in-house legal department of an internationally operating company.\ N Fluent German and English.\ N Ability to work independently and explain complex legal issues in clear, practical language.\ N How to apply:\ NInterested?
