Key Responsibilities Manage small to medium-sized projects with minimal supervision Support larger projects, programmes, bids, and strategic initiatives Assist with contract administration, tender evaluation, and procurement Support risk and value management, reporting, and stakeholder communication Ensure compliance with health & safety (H&S), quality assurance (QA), and client governance requirements Support and begin mentoring junior team members Develop project programmes and coordinate stakeholders Key Skills & Behaviours Strong client-facing delivery and communication skills Ability to manage complexity, competing priorities, and change Commercial awareness and understanding of contract management Emerging leadership skills, including mentoring and team coordination High integrity, resilience, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset Experience & Qualifications Ideally degree-qualified (or equivalent) Strong knowledge of the construction industry Project management qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2, RICS, MAPM) are desirable Experience across the full project lifecycle and managing multiple projects simultaneously
