Position Overview: lead and manage the Human Resources function across multiple countries. This role is critical in driving key HR initiatives, including recruitment, training and development, organizational design, and performance management.
The position ensures alignment between HR strategies and business objectives while maintaining compliance with local labor laws and fostering a culture of engagement and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Budget Management Develop and manage the HR budget for the European additional European languages are a plus. (Spanish/ German/Italian) Work Environment : This role requires travel and the ability to work across different time zones, must be adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment.
