Job DescriptionReporting & Consolidation Expert with fluent German\ NOur international client is currently looking for an experienced Reporting & Consolidation Expert with fluent German to strengthen its finance function.\ NThis is an opportunity for a senior finance professional with strong expertise in group consolidation, financial reporting and controlling, who enjoys working in an international environment and collaborating with multiple subsidiaries.\ NYour responsibilities will include:\ N Coordinating the monthly, quarterly and annual group consolidation process\ N Ensuring accurate, consistent and timely financial reporting across the group\ N Reviewing financial results, forecasts and business plans from international subsidiaries\ N Performing financial and variance analyses and translating the findings into meaningful business insights\ N Supporting subsidiarieswith reporting, planning and other finance-related topics\ N Identifying opportunities to improve financial performance and optimize costs\ N Further developing controlling processes, reporting standards and financial tools\ N Defining and monitoringkey financial and operational performance indicators\ N Using financial analysis and KPIs to support management and business decision-making\ N Leading and developing the controlling team while ensuring effective cooperation across the organization\ N What are we looking for?\ N Strong professional experience in finance, accounting, controlling and financial reporting\ N Proven hands-on experience with group consolidation and group reporting\ N Experience working withor supporting international subsidiaries\ N Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate financial data into business recommendations\ N Confident communicationand stakeholder management skills\ N Experience in an international or group-level finance environment is highly desirable\ N Fluent German and English\ N
