We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR professional to join our growing team. You will play a key role in recruitment, employee engagement, payroll operations, and HR initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Manage end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning Coordinate interviews, candidate assessments, and offer processes Support onboarding and new hire orientation Monitor probation reviews and employee confirmation processes Employee Relations & HR Operations Partner with department heads to support HR and business needs Conduct employee engagement check-ins and exit interviews Support performance management and retention initiatives Organize employee engagement and team-building activities Learning, Culture & HR Projects Support corporate culture and employee development initiatives Coordinate training and learning programs Participate in talent reviews, workforce planning, and HR projects Maintain and update job descriptions and HR documentation What We're Looking For Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 3 years of HR working experience Preferably candidates with HR Generalist experience Strong knowledge of Germany or any other EU countries Employment Act and labor regulations Good interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin, English, and German or other languages
