We currently operate across twenty countries, including Europe, USA, Canada, Turkey, Far East and South Africa. Location: Full-Time Onsite , Würzburg Role Overview: Responsible for ensuring that all Contractors execute tasks in an efficient, organized, and safe manner.
By leveraging coordination mechanisms collaborate with Contractors prior to site visits. This includes, but is not limited to, reviewing work and ensuring that contractors have integrated plans, ensuring Permit to Work requirements are met, that the scope of work is clearly understood and efficiently managed, and that Contractors have arranged necessary on-site support such as resources, scaffolding, cranes, and materials.
In addition to supervising and coordinating daily activities, the Site Coordinator will play a key role in planning and optimizing site-based activities. This proactive approach aims to minimize Contractor downtime, increase efficiency, meet activity deadlines and avoid additional costs.
Support in delivery will be provided from a remote centre of excellence – specialist resources will be available as needed to provide technical, project management and other support as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Lead On-site Construction – Serve as the focal point for all field-based construction activities, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery aligned with client procedures, safety standards, and project objectives. Promote Safety Culture – Champion HSSE excellence by integrating safety into every aspect of the job, leading by example, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company safety practices.
Contractor Management comfortable leading discussions and resolving conflicts with multiple stakeholders. Stakeholder Management – Proven experience working with multidisciplinary teams including clients, contractors, design engineers, and site personnel. Document Control
