Spare Parts Operation Specialist

Responsibilities
1. Manage daily spare parts operations, including coordination of inbound, outbound, and inventory activities; 2. Ensure that warehouse processes follow company standards and support continuous improvement of operational workflows; 3.
Maintain accurate and timely inbound outbound records in system as well as support process alignment with IT and logistics teams; 4. Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock accuracy, and support regular cycle counts or audits; 5.
Coordinate with service partners and internal teams to ensure efficient spare parts availability and order fulfillment; 6. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
1. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and coordination skills; 2. Experience in warehouse, logistics, or spare parts operations (European experience preferred); 3. Familiar with WMS. Exposure to SAP, SF or EDI systems is a plus; 4.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams; 5. Willingness to travel, with valid European driving license; 6. Proficient in English. Proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
